About us
Real people who care about your home.
We started Villa Restora because we believe homeowners deserve a builder who treats their home — and their investment — with the same care we'd give our own.
As a married couple running a family business, our reputation is personal. Every project carries our name, and we're involved in it ourselves: walking the site, reviewing the details, and staying in touch with you.
We're not trying to be the cheapest contractor. We're here for homeowners who value quality, honesty and a team they can trust inside their home.
What we stand for
Quality built on integrity.
Personal involvement
As owners, we're part of your project from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. You'll always know who to call.
Integrity
We say what we'll do, put it in writing, and do it. If something changes, you hear it from us first.
Accountability
We take responsibility for the work and the people on your property. Our name is on every project.
Communication
Regular updates, documented approvals and honest answers — whether you're down the street or away for the season.
Pride in our work
We care about the details most people never notice, because they're what make a home feel right for years.
